Seasons Bistro Dine Out

Seasons Bistro was one of the fine Nova Scotian dining establishments that participated in this year's Dine Out event as part of the 2010 Savour Food and Wine Festival. They offered a delicious three course prix fixe menu which featured a smoked salmon appetizer to start, followed by supreme of chicken and apple cheesecake for dessert. Each course was perfectly paired with Nova Scotian wines from Jost and Grand Pre. Ron Van Dyke, a solo pianist added to the event with his wonderful musical styling.
